Terms & Conditions for Best Safe Driver Dubai

 By booking with us or choosing our safe driver Dubai services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions by Best Safe Driver Dubai.

Please notice that these terms govern the relation between Best Safe Driver Dubai (The Company) and the end users (The Customer).

1. Acceptance of Terms

Once you confirm your booking via WhatsApp, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with the booking. Rest assured, the information you provide us is treated as highly confidential. Please read our Privacy Policy for details.

2. Driver Waiting Time

Our drivers follow a strict schedule to make sure they arrive on time for all customers.

  • A complimentary waiting period of up to 20 minutes is provided above the scheduled pickup time.
  • Waiting between 20 and 50 minutes will come with an additional charge of AED 20.
  • If the waiting is for more than 50 minutes, you will be charged AED 45 per hour.
  • Extended delays may affect your future bookings and the availability of the driver.

3. Cancellation Policy

In case you cancel your booking and the assigned driver has already arrived at your pickup location, you will be charged the complete trip fare for it. To avoid these cancellation charges, you need to notify the team as early as possible, before the arrival of the driver.

4. Pickup Time Changes

Notify our customer support team at least 45 minutes before the scheduled booking time if you need to reschedule your time. Any request that is received later may not be catered depending on the availability of the driver.

5. Scope of Our Service

Best Safe Driver Dubai provides professional drivers whose sole job is to ensure the safety of the customer’s own vehicle from the pickup location to the agreed destination. Our service does not include responsibility for vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspections or any mechanical issues that are not related to driving.

6. Customer Vehicle Requirements

Before the journey begins, the customer needs to confirm these things:

  • The vehicle is legally registered.
  • The vehicle has valid insurance coverage.
  • They hold all the required registration and ownership documents.
  • The vehicle is road-safe to operate.

7. Vehicle Insurance

The customer should confirm that their vehicle is covered by valid motor insurance before using our services. In case of any accident, repair or damage claims, it will be handled through the customer’s valid motor insurance policy.

8. Liability for Accidents

While our drivers exercise the highest level of professionalism, accidents may occur in the most unlikely cases. In case of an accident,

  • The company will assist the customer with the insurance claim process.
  • The company is not responsible for damages beyond the applicable insurance coverage.
  • The customer agrees not to hold Best Safe Driver Dubai, its drivers, or affiliated driver partners liable for any loss,or vehicle damage.
  • Any incident must be reported to Best Safe Driver Dubai within 2 hours of its occurrence. 

9. Traffic Violations

If a traffic fine is due to the driver’s mistake, Best Safe Driver Dubai will reimburse 100% of the applicable fine amount.

Traffic violations caused by vehicle defects or expired documents or customer instructions will remain the responsibility of the customer.

10. Customer Conduct

Customers are expected to behave respectfully throughout the journey. The driver reserves the right to stop the ride immediately if the customer:

  • Shows an aggressive behavior
  • Threatens the driver
  • Creates unsafe driving conditions

11. Driver’s Safety

The customer agrees not to distract the driver once the ride has started. This applies to any conduct that interferes with the driver’s concentration or ability to operate the vehicle safely.

12. Personal Belongings

Customers are solely responsible for all their personal belongings. Best Safe Driver Dubai and its drivers are not liable for any items that are forgotten, stolen, lost or damaged before, during or after the service.

13. Mechanical Condition of the Vehicle

The company holds no responsibility for accidents, delays or damages that are caused as a result of:

  • Faulty brakes
  • Worn tyres
  • Steering or suspension failures
  • Engine defects
  • Electrical malfunctions
  • Or any other mechanical problem in the vehicle

14. Fire, Theft or Property Loss

Best Safe Driver Dubai does not hold any accountability for loss arising from theft, fire, vandalism, natural disasters or damage to personal property inside the vehicle.

15. Certified Professional Drivers

All drivers engaged by Best Safe Driver Dubai are experienced, licensed, and trained to comply with UAE traffic regulations.

Our chauffeurs are capable of safely operating a wide variety of passenger vehicles while maintaining professional standards throughout the journey.

16. Amendments

Best Safe Driver Dubai reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be published on our website.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the UAE’s laws and regulations.
